Transformational Wellness Healing Retreat in Hawaii

This eight night retreat is designed to allow you to experience warmth, well-being and Heart-Centered connection to your Source stream and the Divine Mother Earth. Allow yourself to renew, rejuvenate and heal all layers of your being as you are held by the beauty, gentleness and power of the Hawaiian Elemental Energies.

We will practice and create wellness on all levels; body, mind, spirit and emotional, while deepening our connections to Earth, Water, Air and Fire, Source, the Earth and our own Heart Center.

Experiencing your life from a deep place of love and nurturing for the Self allows you regularly experience states of appreciation, gratitude, compassion, caring, and love. Connecting deeply with your Source, the Divine Mother Earth, as well as your own heart, allows you to access this state of being at any time.

Sample day 2- Below- Goddess- Earth

On this day we connect deeply with the Hawaiian Goddess Healing Energy. In our selves, the focus is on connecting to the Earth through the root chakra.

7:30 Breakfast
9:00 Morning Yoga with Holly (all Levels)
10:30-12:00 free time/ warm pond swim we plan to do lots of swimming in the warm ponds at Kapoho

12:00 Lunch
1:15-4:30 (approx) short walk or drive to Green Lake- Goddess Meditation imagine sending your energy down into the earth where you meet the Divine Mother. You are then given the opportunity to release old wounds and pain as effortlessly as is your highest good. You emerge from this experience grounded and connected- yet lighter. You then have the ability to access this connection to the Earth at any time, receiving and sending love.
Swim and enjoy the beauty of this Heart place as we journey to connect to our own hearts, heal and repair any blocks or restrictions and emerge with heart coherence. If time allows we will swim in the warm ponds on the way back.
6:00 or so – Dinner
Warm ponds (optional) Swim with the Honu (sea turtles) who come to the warm ponds every night to sleep

Details:
Experience living in Health and Vitality as Dea guides you through the process of eating a healthy, cleansing diet that you can take home with you and implement into your daily life. Enjoy the benefits of local fruits and smoothies, lots of sauteed leafy greens, vegetables and fresh baked local fish (vegetarian options available) enabling your body to gently cleanse and balance. Take home a way of eating you can enjoy and thrive on!

Stretch and come into the body with all-levels Yoga with Holly. The morning practice brings in our focus of the day and will be the base of our exercise. Afternoon walks and some evening dance round out our exercise and well-being.

Michele Antico, LMT will be joining us as well for your nurturing and caring. She will offer massage or cranial-sacral work for private sessions to additionally support yourself in your wellness transformation. Michele’s fee is $100.00 for a 90-minute session (not included in retreat cost).

We plan on down- and integration time as well. Our Retreat location this year is in Beautiful Kapoho on the Eastern side of the Island in the Puna district. The Kapoho area is home to numerous warm geo-thermal salt water ponds and lagoons, the most famous of which is the Champagne Pond just a few minutes walk from our accommodations.

Retreat Cost: $1750 – $1950 (total price depends upon accomodation you choose)
A deposit of $500.00 secures your place.
The balance is due by December 1, 2010.

Refund Policy:
Deposit and payments are 80% refundable before December 15th. After December 15th you will receive a 80% refund if your space is filled.
